Solid Vinyls

Pandel manufactures a wide variety of anti-slip vinyl flooring products for the transportation industry, as well as, construction, emergency, utility, defense and mass transit vehicles. Pandel’s solid vinyls are ideal for die cutting, shaping and trimming and can be used indoors and out. In addition to anti-slip treads, Pandel offers vinyl sound barriers that double as insulators. Great for use in flooring, walls, ceilings, vehicles, HVAC - anywhere you need sound dampening or noise control. Pandel also offers solutions that combine the characteristics of anti-slip vinyls and sound barriers into one product, perfect for use inside fire engines and heavy machinery. 

Runners

Pandel’s vinyl runners offer complete protection for all surfaces in a safe, non-skid, easy to clean product. Applies quickly to improve safety and reduce costly repairs and maintenance in high traffic areas. Our vinyl runners are chemical resistant and provide protection for all types of hard surface floors from abuse due to chairs, tables and foot traffic. Vinyl runners are also great for walkways, inclines and ramps and can be rolled for easy storage. Choose from a variety of emboss patterns that prevent dirt and debris from clogging the surface.

Xtrak

Xtrak features a budget-minded yet durable vinyl flooring material capable of being thermoformed. Constructed of solid vinyl, Xtrak is well suited for any environment where anti-slip characteristics are needed. Solid vinyl construction provides numerous benefits, such as zero delamination, extreme durability and an extra long lifespan. With a wide variety of emboss patterns and guages, Xtrak is the superior anti-slip vinyl flooring with unlimited potential. Available in several different thicknesses, widths and lengths (see size chart).

Xtrak Plus

The Xtrak Plus offers the same features as Xtrak but contains a non-woven layer of fiberglass to dimensionally stabilize the material, guaranteeing that the vinyl will not grow or shrink more than 1% regardless of the operating conditions. Ideal for outdoor applications.

WearTrak

The WearTrak composite consists of a slip-resistant solid vinyl-nitrile wear layer, polymerically bonded to our UltraBloc® sound barrier base. Independent laboratory tests show the nitrile gives the WearTrak superior coefficient of friction results in both wet & dry environment, while the sound barrier layer helps insulate noise and vibration.
